Cancellation Policy
**ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A CARD ON FILE**
A 20% deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will still be charged with the 20% deposit.
A 50% fee will be charged in the event of a no-call no-show. If you no-call no-show two times, you will not be able to schedule another appointment.
If the appointment is canceled with adequate notice, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment or refunded at the discretion of Radiant Glow By Rhi.
